Special Education - Amended Age of Eligibility

As of August 30th, 2023, the Pennsylvania Department of Education has amended the Age of Eligibility requirements for the state. Under the new policy, students who are eligible under federal IDEA may access a Free and Appropriate Public Education until their 22nd birthday.
